Dear Valued Customer,
We have been closely monitoring recent developments in U.S. tariff policy & want to provide a brief update on the current landscape.
Key Updates
— Tariffs previously implemented under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) have been struck down by the Supreme Court & revoked
— These were immediately replaced with new tariffs under Section 122 of the Trade Act, currently in effect & set to expire on July 24, 2026. Additional tariffs are expected to be introduced under a different authority following this expiration
— Tariffs under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 (various imports from China) & Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (steel & aluminum) remain in effect & are not impacted by these changes.
IEEPA Refund Process
The government has introduced a refund process for IEEPA tariffs through the CAPE portal for importers of record.
At this time:
— Refunds apply only to IEEPA tariffs
— Section 301, Section 232 & other tariffs are not eligible
— The refund process is being rolled out in phases. Only Phase 1 is currently open & it is limited to unliquidated entries & those liquidated within the past 80 days. Timing for Phase 2 has not been announced.

What This Means
While tariff structures continue to change, the overall effective impact has not shifted significantly.
At this time:
— We are not making changes to our current pricing structure
— We will continue to monitor the IEEPA refund process closely. As the government provides more clarity on timing & eligibility, we will update you on our approach moving forward.
— We continue to manage sourcing across multiple regions to maintain flexibility as Tariff policy continues to evolve.
