We hire the person, not the position. The ideal candidates’ primary responsibility is to manage the entire Sales Order process accurately and should be able to:

  • Enter, proof, and process all Sales Orders into SAP Business One (ERP)
  • Process all Samples Orders accordingly
  • Check / Analyze Inventory across warehouses
  • Ensure all pricing is greater than the specified minimum margin
  • Comprehend, follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Manage High Volume Data Entry with Strict Deadlines
  • Learn Customer Levels, Price Guides and Product Lines, and Production Information
  • Set up and maintain all new customer information with superior accuracy and attention to detail
  • Complete all paperwork requested by customers to ship with their orders
  • Set up shipping for all scheduled orders daily
  • Prepare reports as required for Sales and Management Teams
  • Interact with Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse Teams

Skills:

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, along with active listening
  • Good time management with the ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize work
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, and percentages
  • Good organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with the sales team on any issues/ concerns/ questions that customers have
  • Suggest solutions to any issues or processes that may be encountered
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/ skills
  • Work independently and part of a team interacting with all levels of employees
