Think Big for Kids
Think Big for Kids
Pillar One of Think Big for Kids is Career Exploration—helping students discover new possibilities and create a path for success in high school and beyond. This year during our Employee Development Week, a group from the Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County visited A+ Products headquarters to get a firsthand look at what we do. Past A+ career showcases with Think Big have highlighted sales, design, and sourcing—this year's focus gave students a look at logistics/warehouse operations as well as the marketing/e-commerce side of our business. For the activity, students identified components, submitted purchase orders, and received and sorted the new inventory. They then assembled, photographed, named, and priced their custom keychain for e-commerce listings. After presenting their products to the group, they compared them with peers to identify similar items that customers might also like when shopping. Check out the collection of keychains brought to market by the students of the Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County below.
