Mike Schreiber founded A+ Products in 1992 with a vision that there was a place for a company dedicated to the ideal of serving the customers needs above and beyond the normal expectations. Although he is now President/Owner of a global multimillion dollar company he has not lost sight of his original vision. Mike Schreiber is highly respected by his employees and business partners for the actions and philosophies that are the foundation of this company. Mike has built this business on honesty, integrity, hard work and of course 20+ years of experience!
Over the years many things have changed at A+ Group. Products have changed, employees have changed, business has changed but a constant has been Mikes drive to build a force of employees that share his business philosophy and uncompromising desire to run a productive and enjoyable company. Now, with approx. 50+ employees and multiple locations Mike dedicates most of his time and energy into grooming his management team to run his business and continue to build on the strong reputation that he has developed. Kevin Felgate has been in sales, marketing and general business operations his entire career. Kevin joined A+ in 2001, due to his experience and customer focus Kevin was an immediate fit at A+. Kevin brings with him many years of experience growing companies and is well versed in all aspects of business operations with strong focus on importing, sales, marketing and personnel. Kevin is well versed in the ability to monitor, control and navigate the challenges of foreign trade. Most recently, Kevin served as the Director of Off-Site Marketing for the Northeast division of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC). Prior to his tenure at HGVC, Kevin was a Sales Director for a $12.5 MM importing firm with 25+ direct reports. Under his management, the company grew sales by 240%. Kevin earned a BA in Sport and Leisure Management at Eastern Connecticut State College.
After earning his degree and completing a semester at NOLS for Outdoor Leadership training, he moved to Montana to start a branch of Montana Whitewater on the Yellowstone River. Within 2 years of its inception, this branch became a top destination for tourists at the north entrance of Yellowstone Natl Park. Many years and four companies later Mr. Felgate resides in New York, NY and is proud to say he is an executive manager at A+. |

Sabrena Stewart has been with A+ for over nine years. Sabrena joined A+ in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant. Her interest in accounting and drive to succeed resulted in Sabrenas transfer into our Accounting Department in 2002 where she started as an accounts receivable/payable clerk. From there she moved up to Accounting Department/HR Supervisor and eventually became the Assistant Controller. Sabrena displayed an excellent grasp of business concepts as well as finance and accounting principles which resulted in her eventual promotion to Finance Director.
Sabrena started out with A+ in New York and when the A+ corporate offices and warehouse moved to New Jersey Sabrena stayed on and eventually relocated to New Jersey as well. She currently resides in New Jersey and as the Finance Director has the support of the Corporate Controller as well as five additional support staff. Sabrena is the perfect example of hard work being rewarded. |
